October 7-8, IESE's Barcelona campus hosts the Career Forum, one of the most important recruitment events of the academic year. This year’s event is at full capacity, with a diverse group of leading companies participating.

During the two-day Career Forum, 30 companies will present their strategies, needs and goals in concurrent sessions for all students in the first and second year classes of IESE’s MBA program.

At the same time, students also will have the opportunity to meet with companies that interest them and begin the selection process to access specific jobs. In this year’s forum, 450 interviews are scheduled to be carried out.

In addition, a Career Fair will take place each afternoon during the event. The fair provides a networking space where students and representatives can meet at numerous stands set up by firms on campus.

Sponsored by Citi, J. P. Morgan, Roland Berger, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Roche and BCG, the Career Forum is especially focused on the banking, consulting and industry. In addition to these sponsors, leading companies such as Amazon, Deloitte, Dropbox, Microsoft and Dow Chemical are also taking part.

Broad opportunities for MBA graduates

Due to the rising interest in recruiting IESE globally-focused MBA graduates, this year the school has organized a total of seven major recruiting events to help students identify the best opportunities.

Following a Career Fair held in September in New York City and the Career Forum in Barcelona, IESE’s Career Services team is gearing up for two additional Career Forums in Barcelona, a second fair in New York, an event specifically designed for Latin American companies and an event focused on the needs of the Asian market, which will take place in London.
